Why do I need a board?

Whilst the majority of home buyers now use the internet by a way of searching for their next property, there are still a number of people who simply drive around the area to see what properties are for sale. You can maximise your sale by advertising to the people who use this way to purchase their new home.

Do I need to return the For Sale board?

No.

I’ve accepted an offer to sell my property, what do I do next?

You should exchange solicitor details (Solicitors name, address and telephone number) and also exchange both your full names and telephone numbers. If you would like your advertisement to be updated you should also inform homes2see (preferebly by email) stating that you have accepted an offer on your property and would like your advert to be detailed as Sold Subject To Contract.

I have exchanged solicitors details with someone that wants to buy my house. What do I do next?

You should ring your solicitor and advise them that you have agreed a sale on your property, and pass all the details onto them. We would suggest that you keep in regular contact with your purchaser, Solicitor and Mortgage Advisor if you have one, so that you know exactly what is happening until the sale of your property has been finalised.

You should send an email to info@homes2see.co.uk stating that you have agreed a sale and would like the property to be removed from the website.
