The Vendor's Responsibilities

1. The advertisement description you supply is true and any factual information supplied must not be misleading. homes2see does not take any responsibility for the accuracy of the information supplied and cannot be held liable.

2. You have obtained permission from the owner of any photographs used in the advert. homes2see will not be held liable for breach of copyright.
3. You confirm that you are the owner of the property which you wish to sell.
4. If you have a contract with an Estate Agent, you have independently checked your contract with regards to the terms and conditions that you must pay the Estate Agents commission. If later it is found that you are legally bound to pay the Estate Agents commission, homes2see will not be liable.
5. Only one property may appear in each advert.
6. You will set your own selling price.
7. You will arrange and conduct viewings for the advertised property.
8. You will inform homes2see once the advertised property has been sold in order that we may update the website.
9. homes2see will supply a For Sale / To Let board, at a cost of £45.00. This is payable in advance by cheque, or by PAY PAL and will be sent to you, once your payment has cleared. Please be aware, the above cost does not include for the provision of a fixing post.

homes2see responsibilities

1. We will place your advertisement on our website within 3 working days of receipt.
2. We will supply a for sale board where requested within 10 working days of the payment being received and cleared. The boards will be sent by first class post to your home address. Please be aware that posts will not be supplied.
3. We will to the best of our efforts ensure that the homes2see website is available at all times. We reserve the right to take the site off line without prior notice for essential maintenance and upgrades. Homes2See will not be liable for lack of availability due to problems with servers.
4. homes2see cannot be held liable for lost documents/photographs sent to their offices by post or email.

Refunds

1. Either party can cancel the agreement by giving 14 days notice in writing or email.
2. Under no circumstances will our liability exceed the value of the advertising fee received.
3. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
4. Once a For Sale board has been requested for printing no refunds will be made.
5. Once payment has been made to advertise your property, no refunds can be given.
6. Once payment to amend any advertisement has been made, no refunds can be given.
